Alec aka LoLo is an artist located in Des Moines, Wa. He is an Otaku Tattooist who is open to many styles but has a passion mainly towards blackwork/fine-line influenced by anime, Pop-cult and Japanese culture. He aims to provide each client with a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
